Description
The Daiwa Tournament SLR Mono is a high-performance Japanese monofilament line designed for anglers who demand casting accuracy, sensitivity and reliability.
Featuring Daiwa’s UWR (Ultra Water Repellent) technology, the line absorbs less water than conventional monofilaments. As a result, it maintains its intended characteristics throughout a session and travels more cleanly from the spool during casting.
The enhanced sinking properties help the line settle quickly beneath the surface, while improved bite detection allows anglers to register indications more effectively.
A controlled level of stretch provides a balance between sensitivity and fish-playing performance. At the same time, high linear strength, excellent knot strength and strong abrasion resistance help provide confidence when fishing demanding venues.
Colour breaks are incorporated into the line to allow accurate one-metre distance adjustments when moving on and off the reel clip. This helps anglers fine-tune casting distance when targeting precise feeding areas.
Each spool contains 300m of line, providing enough capacity to fill two reels in many situations.
Available in diameters from 0.185mm through to 0.260mm, Tournament SLR Mono suits a wide range of feeder and match fishing applications.
Manufactured in Japan, the line combines advanced monofilament technology with the consistency and quality expected from the Tournament range.
