Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We make every effort to ensure stock levels are accurate, however in rare cases items may be unavailable after purchase. If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.
Pricing & Errors
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If an error is identified after an order is placed, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm how you wish to proceed.
Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs once your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Payment
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe.
We do not store your payment details.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Once dispatched, most orders are delivered with 1-2 working days, however delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, and order timing.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Risk & Ownership
Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment has been received.
Risk transfers to you upon delivery of the goods.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Items must be returned:
– Unused
– In original condition
– With original packaging
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and a further 14 days to return the item(s).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us with 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.
We may require evidence such as photographs.
