Description
The Avid VTX 3+1 Alarm Set is designed for anglers who demand reliability, precision, and security on the bank. This complete setup includes three alarm heads and a receiver, along with clip-on hardcases, a receiver lanyard, and a screwdriver for easy setup.
The system features a bi-directional sensing roller wheel with eight sensitivity levels. As a result, it detects both forward and backward movement, ensuring accurate bite indication in all fishing situations.
In addition, the multi-light LED system provides high-visibility twin LEDs with four colour options: green, blue, red, and yellow. An optional night light mode further improves visibility during low-light conditions.
The VTX EPS receiver system delivers stable and high-quality signal transmission up to 150 metres. Therefore, you can stay connected to your rods even when fishing at distance or moving around the swim.
For added security, the SafeGuard anti-theft alert system triggers a warning if an alarm head is powered off. The receiver also features a bleep memory function, allowing you to identify which rod was triggered last.
The weather-sealed casing protects the internal electronics from the elements while maintaining low battery consumption. Each alarm is powered by two AAA batteries, and a cyan LED indicator alerts you when battery levels are low. Battery status is also displayed on the receiver at startup.
Each alarm is fitted with a piezo speaker for crisp and clear sound. Soft-touch side buttons allow easy control of power, LED settings, and tone, while adjustment dials enable fine-tuning of volume and sensitivity.
Furthermore, deep ears with rubber inlays keep rods secure in all conditions. A rigid 3/8” no-twist thread with a locking collar ensures a stable and secure fit on banksticks or buzz bars.
A 2.5mm power-out socket with a weather-sealed bung allows compatibility with illuminated swingers or bobbins, adding further versatility to your setup.
Overall, this alarm system offers a dependable and feature-rich solution for anglers looking to enhance bite detection, security, and convenience on the bank.
