The specialised point design curves slightly back toward the shank from the drop gape profile, helping improve penetration and holding efficiency when the hook is set. Combined with the angled eye construction, this hook is well suited for modern hair rig setups targeting F1 carp and small to medium sized carp in commercial fisheries.

Each hook is finished with a tough PTFE coating that helps reduce friction during hook penetration while also providing additional surface durability during repeated use. The compact hair rig friendly shape supports natural bait movement when using pellet, corn, or small boilies.
