The Fox EOS II Bivvies – 2 Person provides a spacious and practical shelter for carp anglers who want dependable bankside protection at an accessible price. Designed with newcomers and budget-conscious anglers in mind, it combines useful features with the room needed for longer sessions.
The bivvy uses 8000mm hydrostatic head fabric with a dark laminate that reduces light penetration and helps keep the interior cooler during summer. As a result, it provides a more comfortable space to relax between bites while offering protection from changing weather conditions.
Its two-rib pram-hood design features a larger peak than the previous EOS model, providing additional protection around the entrance. Furthermore, the khaki fabric and green frame create an understated appearance that suits the bankside environment.
Ventilation comes from rear mozzie vents and additional front vents positioned on either side of the door. These allow air to circulate through the shelter, helping improve comfort during warmer sessions.
The extra-wide 112cm doorway features a two-way letterbox-style design with interchangeable mesh, PVC and solid panels. Therefore, you can adjust the entrance to suit the weather and your preferred level of ventilation. The front panel can also roll back to create an open-fronted shelter.
Fox supplies the bivvy with full frame support, a lightweight groundsheet, heavy-duty pegs and a zipped carry bag. Two rod straps at the front provide a convenient place to rest your rods while preparing your tackle.
For additional protection, a compatible EOS II Skin is available separately. This adds a second layer to improve year-round insulation, reduce condensation and create extra storage space. How To Use
- Choose a suitable, level position for your bivvy.
- Unpack the shelter and assemble the two-rib pram-hood frame.
- Fit the frame support and secure the bivvy using the supplied pegs.
- Position the lightweight groundsheet inside the shelter.
- Select the mesh, PVC or solid door panel to suit the conditions.
- Open the front and rear vents as required to improve airflow.
- Roll back the front panel when you prefer an open-fronted shelter.
- After your session, allow the bivvy and groundsheet to dry fully before packing them into the carry bag.
