Description

Guru Cookie Wire Pole Floats are specifically designed for shallow fishing, combining the famous Cookie body shape with improved durability and performance. They are particularly suited to targeting carp and F1s when fishing shallow.

The iconic Cookie body shape works particularly well when slapping the pole rig and fishing aggressively in shallow water. In addition, the dibber-style tip provides excellent visibility while offering plenty of support for larger hookbaits such as pellets and meat.

This wire-stem version is designed to provide increased stability in windier conditions, helping you keep the rig under control. Furthermore, the additional weight at the base creates a louder slap and drop, which suits an aggressive approach when trying to attract carp into the feed.

Durability has also played a major part in the improved Cookie design. A deep, glued-in side eye provides excellent strength and reliability, particularly when regularly targeting powerful commercial carp.

The body uses an extremely durable high-density foam material for strength while maintaining the balance required for shallow fishing. In addition, an extra-strong black paint finish helps prevent the line from cutting into the float body during prolonged use.

Guru Cookie Pole Floats are available with either carbon or wire stems to cover different shallow-water conditions. The Cookie Wire version comes in four weights: 0.1g, 0.15g, 0.2g and 0.3g.

How To Use

• Select the float weight to suit the conditions and your chosen shallow setup.
• Set up the float securely on your pole rig.
• Use the wire-stem version when additional stability and control are required, particularly in windier conditions.
• Use with suitable shallow hookbaits such as pellets or meat.
• Adjust the depth and rig presentation to suit where the fish are feeding.
• Store the float securely after use to help protect the body, stem and tip.
