Description
Guru SMWG Standard Barbless Rigs 15 Inch provide a dependable hooklength option for modern commercial fishing. These Guru SMWG Standard Barbless Rigs 15 Inch are designed for use with softer hookbaits such as corn, meat, bread, wafters, pellets, and worms.
The rig features a simple hair system with a loop at the end. Therefore, anglers must use a micro hair stop to secure the hookbait in place. This allows quick bait changes while maintaining consistent presentation.
In addition, a small section of 0.3mm micro silicone sits on the hook shank. This helps stabilise the hookbait and ensures the rig performs correctly during fishing.
These rigs are highly versatile and suit many fishing methods. For example, they perform well in feeder fishing, pole fishing, and other running line setups. As a result, they are effective when targeting carp, F1s, bream, and tench.
The hook pattern features a wide gape and an ultra-sharp point. This combination improves hook holds and helps reduce lost fish during the fight. Furthermore, a PTFE coating enhances durability and maintains sharpness over repeated use.
The range includes both 4 inch and 15 inch versions. The shorter rig is ideal for tight commercial fishing situations, while the longer version offers greater versatility. Each rig is supplied on either a rig board or hooklength spool depending on size.
All rigs are tied using strong and reliable line, which ensures consistent performance across different fishing conditions.
Overall, these ready rigs provide convenience, strength, and reliable presentation for a wide range of commercial fishing applications.
