Description
The Korda Klor Barbed Hooks, designed by Danny Fairbrass, are built for anglers who demand maximum strength, reliability and hooking efficiency. Featuring an aggressive shape and advanced design, the Klor pattern delivers fast turning action and outstanding hooking potential across a wide range of rigs and conditions.
With the hook point aligned with the eye, the design encourages rapid rotation and secure penetration into the carp’s mouth. This makes it highly effective for modern rig presentations such as the Combi Rig and Spinner Rig, and it performs equally well with bottom baits, pop-ups and wafters.
The long, ultra-sharp, slightly in-turned point is engineered to reduce damage from nuisance species like crayfish and small fish, especially when fishing over gravel or rough lakebeds. This ensures the hook remains sharper for longer and ready for multiple captures.
Constructed from a heavy-gauge wire, the Klor is exceptionally strong and capable of handling large carp in demanding environments, including snaggy and weedy waters. Despite its strength, the point retains its sharpness, while the whisker barb ensures secure hook holds once the hook is set.
Tested in extreme conditions, including wild French waters, the Klor has proven its ability to land carp in excess of 60lb, making it a trusted choice for serious anglers.
Available in sizes 2, 4, 6 and 8, with 10 hooks per pack.
